Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
Exchange Procedure:

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the original purchaser had the order shipped to themselves before gifting it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
