Some items are missing from my order, what is happening?
Our products are shipped separately based on your order. If it includes items from different warehouses, there will be separate shipments. The rest of your order should arrive soon.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item to support@mybooklights.com, and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
I still have not received my order. Why is it taking so long?

Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers might face with their online purchases.
